About the play
Hedda Gabler comes back dissatisfied from her honeymoon trip. With her scientist husband, she sees her life as joyless and dull. The marriage is just a contract without love for her. Along with her accomplice and another trusted person, she begins to manipulate the fate of others around her. For some people Hedda is a rebel, who fights against everything she hates. However, the truth is that, her life seems ridiculous, fake and worthless to her.
